About RubyDS
DigSound has partnered with Activated Content and SESAC to launch a watermarking delivery system called RubyDS. This product provides rights protection, content management, and a safer method of sending audio files digitally.
RubyDS gives composers, publishers and record labels the ability to watermark and forward a track to an end user while retaining a record of when it was sent and downloaded. Each track is given a unique ID that includes valuable licensing and track metadata and is tied to the recipient, who may be a client, potential licensor, music supervisor or retail consumer.
